Supply Loop
As there are currently different systems throughout Europe a continuous energy supply is only possible with dual system locomotives. The conversion of energy from one system to another is technically possible already. Since every synchrotrain vehicle only needs a small part of the power of a locomotive the current transformer are much smaller and weigh less. Thus all vehicles can work with one current and only the current transformer has to be changed.

That change can be made while the vehicle is moving (Fig. 10) by using a service vehicle (16) which is driving in parallel to the vehicle (15) and taking over the power unit (17) and changing the current transformer (18). Thereafter the vehicle can work independently again (20) and the service car releases the vehicle again (19). The replaced current transformer can then be put into a vehicle of the oncoming traffic. According to the same principle a vehicle can be provided with ordered food. Therefore only a synchronization of both vehicles is necessary in order to push the food through (18). This should be done without reusable dishes and cutlery because it is not foreseeable when those things can be returned.
